• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Monthly Subscription: After the trial, your subscription automatically converts to $29/month (or the current listed price for the specific tool). You will be billed monthly on the same day each month.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service, you may cancel within 30 days of your first payment and receive a full refund of your most recent monthly charge.

After 30 Days: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be provided for partial months or past payments after the 30-day guarantee period.

How to Request Refund: Email support@lazygenius-ai.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

7. Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our service to create content that violates laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Resell or redistribute content generated by our tools
• Use automated systems to access our service beyond normal usage

Your Content: You retain all rights to the business plans, meal plans, and other content generated through our tools. You may use, modify, and distribute your generated content freely.

Our Technology: LazyGeniusAI retains all rights to our AI technology, software, and platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee funding, investment success, or specific outcomes
• Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
